Experience-led brands aren’t defined by how they look — they’re defined by how they feel. Customers now expect interactions that are more seamless, more intelligent and more orchestrated across every touchpoint. But how do you scale this approach across an organisation with 22 million digital users, 65,000 colleagues and 450 designers? Discover how Lloyds is building an ‘experience operating system’ to systemise and scale our transformation across everything we do.

In this session, the Lloyds Banking Group team will share how they introduced and matured an enterprise conversation design practice – transforming their virtual assistant into a primary digital channel for customer engagement. You’ll take away practical insights into scaling a design team with purpose, strategies for demonstrating the business value of design, and real-world examples of how a focus on outcomes over output is key to successful task automation.
