Rachel Morgan-Trimmer (she/her) - Founder Firebird
Take a deep dive into ADHD and autism and make yourself the favourite person of your nearest neurodivergent. We’ll talk about why inclusion really matters and how it can make a huge difference for people whether they’re your users or your colleagues. You’ll also get some real, practical tips for improving the experience of AuDHD individuals, and the positive impacts this will have. We’ll wrap up with how inclusion benefits you – in ways you might not expect.
Rachel is one of the UK’s best known neurodiversity experts. The founder of neurodiversity consultancy Firebird (www.askfirebird.com), she trains companies on inclusion and mental health for those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia and dyspraxia. Rachel has faced immense challenges throughout her life, but a late dual diagnosis of ADHD and autism has allowed her to understand herself. She now uses her experiences to help others. Rachel weaves her own stories into her talks, along with surprising facts and figures, useful tips and a healthy dose of humour.

Reframing our approach with digital tools - The energy and carbon perspective
We've been trained to think of digital as weightless — storage is infinite, AI is magic, and sending a file costs nothing. But every tool we open, every call we join, and every prompt we run is a physical event consuming real energy in a real building somewhere in the world.
This session reframes the digital workplace through an energy and carbon lens. From Slack to cloud storage, Figma to AI tools, we'll map the hidden footprint of the tools we use every day — and leave with a practical new way of making decisions about how, and how much, we use them.
